Additional comments: the Moody DS 45 is a true-blue water owners’ yacht. It is owned by her 2nd owner and used private always. It has the facilities to accommodate the owner and his guests and the systems to navigate safely in sunny or winter climates, with double external and internal navigation controls.
The Furling boom allows hoisting a true main sail with battens, and the auto gib is an excellent system for shorthanded crew. Additional Gennaker sail and the large 110Hp engine, gives this yacht all the power she needs, coupled with (2) bow and stern thrusters that make any docking too easy…
